For me, it also means getting a new journal! In this journal, I write all my teacher passwords and record all the notes from inservice, meetings, PLC teaming, parent/teacher conferences, and anything else I need! I dont always need to lug around my big bulky binder with state objectives and our scope and sequence. Any really important notes/reminders go on Post It notes and are placed on the inside cover. This is one personal tradition I will hold on to for sure!
